This character was made famous for his role in the X-Wing series of novels and with a nice bit of retcon appears very briefly in ROTJ flying an A-Wing in the Battle of Endor hence he's dressed here in an A-Wing pilot's uniform. Not many figures come complete with smug grin making this one extra cool.
