Knights of the Old Republic I and II
Couldn't post Revan and Malak without posting these video games as well, Knights of the Old Republic is thee greatest Star Wars game of all time, arguably the greatest video game of all time, certainly my favourite.
In the first game you take on the role of a Republic soldier who gets swept up in galactic events, eventually becoming a Jedi and saving the galaxy from the Sith, assuming that's what you choose. Choice is a big part of these awesome RPGs letting the player decide between dark and light every step of the way. No spoilers but I will say that the plot is incredible, as good as if not better than any of the Star Wars movies.
The second game, subtitled The Sith Lords, takes place a few years after the first game and you take the role of an ex-jedi who has lost their connection to the force, suffice to say throughout the game you earn it back but same again, no spoilers. While the story isn't quite up to the level of the first game, the gameplay itself is nicely refined and still does a great job of making the player feel like an active part of the story.

I completely agree, these are THE best Star Wars games out there, and most likely will never be topped. Now if The Old Republic would hurry up and come out... I wish the Revan action figure wasn't so friggin' expensive.
