Embo Action Figure

Had this figure awhile but didn't get round to blogging it, posting it now since he appeared in the previous arc of TCW that ended last Friday.

A fairly well accessorized figure, comes with bowcaster, two vibroblades and a removable hat just like in the show.

You may already know this but a little Embo trivia is that he's voiced by TCW supervising director, Dave Filoni.

Only recently got this on ebay, I'd bought the first Cad Bane figure that came out before he was bundled with Todo, below they're together at last.

Finally an attempt at creating a venetian blind effect, figured it looked best desaturated.

Aurra Sing and Young Boba Fett Action Figures

Since they appeared together in TCW last season I decided to post Aurra Sing and Boba Fett together. Above Boba can be seen holding his father's helmet, this is actually taken of my Jango Fett figure which was I blogged a few months back.

The Boba figure comes with removable body armour and a Mandalorian style rocket pack as well as similar pistols to Jango Fett's DL-44s. Aurra Sing also comes with a pair of pistols and as well as her sniper rifle.

Leia Action Figure in Boushh Disguise

Although this figure is actually from a slightly more modern line than the previous three Shadows of the Empire figures it is still relevant to SOTE week here on the blog as its at the same time that Chewie disguises himself as Snoova that Leia gets her costume.

This figure is of course more famous for its appearance in ROTJ when Leia, disguised as Boushh, haggles with Jabba the Hutt. What makes this figure so cool? Cause it's "holding a thermal detonator!"

This has become a Shadows of the Empire week on this blog, in the novel Chewie and Leia are sent on an undercover mission. Leia disguises herself as the bounty hunter Boushh which you'll recognise from ROTJ (check back later in the week for that figure) while Chewie disguises himself as another bounty hunter, Snoova.

For the deception Chewie has to trim the top his head and die his fur in places. Makes for a great action figure that comes with a big blaster rifle and a cool battle axe that can be clipped onto his back.

Jodo Kast Action Figure

Jodo Kast was a bounty hunter who attempted to impersonate Boba Fett by wearing Mandalorian armour and trading under his name. Naturally Boba wasn't pleased and their epic confrontation can be found in the darkhorse comics.

Robonino Action Figure

This little guy is part of Cad Bane's posse in season one of TCW.

Jango Fett Action Figure

Clone template himself, Jango Fett, I love how vibrant the blue on his helmet is. Great figure with a great pose.

Durge Action Figure

This is Durge how he appeared in the Clone Wars microseries and it's the only action figure I have from the figure series specifically based on that show. Durge also made several appearances in the Dark Horse comic books but sadly has yet to appear in TCW.

Cade Skywalker Action Figure

Star of the Legacy comic series and a future decendent of Luke Skywalker, this is Cade Skywalker, fallen from the Jedi path he has taken up bounty hunting hence the cool shotgun like blaster.

Bounty Hunters Action Figure Collection

I have literally just completed this collection, pictured above is all six bounty hunters that Darth Vader sends out to hunt down the Millennium Falcon in ESB. Now a couple of these I have previously posted, Dengar and Bossk, but the others can be found below.

First off, and this one is probably worthy of it's own post, is the man himself Boba Fett. Awesome action figure and another of my favourites. Boba comes complete with jet pack and the flames coming from the pack serve as a stand for the figure.

Great detail on this figure with all the right markings on the armor and a really nicely sculpted cape.



Next up we have IG-88 on the left here. This is the figure I picked up this morning thus completing my bounty hunter collection. Again really good detail on this figure.

Dengar Action Figure

One of the bounty hunters from the line-up in ESB, Dengar really makes his mark in the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy of books... and in Robot Chicken of course.

Cad Bane Action Figure

From the Clone Wars TV series comes this incredibly bounty hunter based on Lee Van Cleef's character in the Man with No Name trilogy. The hat is just plain awesome.

Bossk Action Figure

It's Bossk, one of the bounty hunters from ESB. Excellent sculpt this, looks exactly as he does standing on the bridge of the Executor. While he gets very little screen time in the original trilogy, Bossk gets a lot of coverage in the EU and recently made an appearance in the TCW.
