Signed copy of 1,000 Star Wars Collectibles

I know I've blogged about this book being in my collection back in October but at Invasion Dublin over the Easter weekend I had to opportunity to meet the author of the book, Steve Sansweet and he was kind enough to sign my copy.

This meant a pretty great deal, as I've said before this book is the inspiration behind my blog and it was very cool to get the chance to tell Steve that in person.

1,000 Star Wars Collectibles

Stephen J. Sansweet, head of Lucasfilm fan relations, is known for having one of the biggest Star Wars collections in the world. This book looks at 1,000 pieces from his collection and was the inspiration for this blog. I highly recommend you check it out.

The Complete Vader

Really great coffee table book this, full of incredible photographs, the book covers all things Darth Vader as the name suggests. Full of information about the creation of the character, portrayal of the character, Vader in pop culture and Darth Vader based merchandising.

The Essential Atlas

One of my favourite Star Wars products, if you can think of a planet from the GFFA it'll be in this book, many hours have been wasted in my house pawing over the maps in this book.

The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia

Three volumes of pure geeky awesomeness. A must for anyone wanting to take their Star Wars knowledge that step too far. Great information and full of vivid images.
