Considered by many to be the greatest character from the Expanded Universe if not simply the greatest character in Star Wars. To say Grand Admiral Thrawn is a tactical genius is a serious understatement, this man (sorry, this Chiss) can tell all your military tactics simply by studying some of your civilizations artwork.
